In accordance with Governor Abbott’s executive order GA-18, the Rains County Public Library will re-open to the public at 25% capacity on Monday, May 4 with modified hours being Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closing for lunch between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Hours and days of operation are subject to change, given staffing restraints.
