Newest Point police officer is a K-9 named Merica

Point Police Officer Cole Hudson became a canine handler on July 15, after attending the Houston Canine Academy in Houston, Texas.  His canine is a male German and Belgium Shepherd mix from Hungary. His name is Merica.
