Free books… can you imagine?

The Dolly Parton Imagination Library (DPIL) comes to Rains County with free books for children from birth to five years of age. Pat Baier and Lyn Baldwin chose to spearhead the program because it is offered to all Rains County children so they can “Learn to read to read to learn.”
