Court considers tax rate, software, payroll deferment

The Rains County Commissioners Court held a regular meeting on Thursday, August 27, to consider the effect of the tax rate for Rains County on the budget, heard a presentation of software for the Road & Bridge department and decided on the payroll deferment for county employees.
