A funeral service for Bonnie Davis, 83, of Emory, was held on May 17 at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home. Steve Couch officiated.
Interment followed at Lake Fork Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Davis died at her home in Emory, on May 13, 2021. She was born on April 15, 1938, to Wesley Martin and Lillie Rea in Walters, Oklahoma. She married Jerry Davis on June 3, 1955, in Walters, Oklahoma, and they had two children. She and her husband loved fishing and the outdoors kept them busy. They traveled in their RV for many years and made lots of lifelong friendships
Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband; son, Mike Davis and wife Karen of Emory; grandson, Bryan Davis of Emory; brother, Chris Martin and wife Glenda; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Marietta Dunbar and Wynema Marshall; and daughter, Debbie Rust.
Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home in Emory.
