Services for Alfred Seamanski, 81, of Whitney, will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Emory City Cemetery.
Mr. Seamanski died on May 4, 2021. He was born on January 17, 1940, to Alfred Gunter Seamanski and Cecile Burkhalter in Emory. He married Margaret Brown Seamanski in Dallas on November 19, 1960. They enjoyed 59 years of marriage.
Mr. Seamanski is survived by his son, Jon Seamanski and wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Danielle Young, Kimberly Seamanski, Seth Seamanski and Sarah Seamanski; five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
He was preceded in death by his wife in October of 2020; his parents; and son, Alfred Earl Seamanski.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home in Emory.
