A plant-based diet

Meal planning has changed with the plant-based diet my husband and I are adopting. In the past, I created a grocery list after deciding which meat product would be the star of each dinner. Then I’d make sure to add potatoes, onions and seasonal produce, augmented with a few bags of frozen vegetables.
