Tax rate approved; new subdivision discussed

The City Council of East Tawakoni held a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 15, to approve the proposed tax rate, hear a presentation on license plate readers for the police department and consider amendments to the city ordinance concerning livestock in the city limits.
