Star Mart to petition county for local option election

Star Mart on FM 515 in Rains County, situated near Lake Fork, is a popular spot for fishermen, tourists and locals to stop in for a cold soda, slice of pizza or a bag of minnows. Recently, Hemani decided to seek signatures for a petition putting the option to voters to turn Rains County from a dry to a wet county.
