Funeral services for Sandra Allen, 81, of Greenville, will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., at the chapel of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home with Brother Bobby Sparks and Brother Wesley Veazey officiating.
Interment will follow at Memoryland Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers will be Tim Moore, Toby Moore, Josh Mitchell, Jay Manning, Jevan Manning, Christopher (Critter) Bowmer and honorary pallbearer, Julian Alvarez.
Mrs. Allen died peacefully on August 14, 2026, at her home. She was born on February 11, 1945, in Orange, Texas, to Jerral and Marjorie (Bobbie) Jacobs Patterson.
She married Gary Allen on June 7, 1963 in Emory. She retired from the Hunt County District Attorney office as Deputy Clerk and was a member of the Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Allen is survived by her husband; son, Rod Allen; daughters, Angie Moore and husband Tim, and Amy Manning and husband Jay; grandchildren, Leslie Mitchell, Toby Moore, Ben Moore, Chris Moore, Amanda Bowmer, Jevan Manning, Amberlee Manning and Payton Allen; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Randy Patterson.
A visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home.
