Rains County Judge dies Thursday

Born in Grand Prairie on February 25, 1954, Clarence Wayne Wolfe and his family soon moved to Rains County, where he was raised and attended school. Known as Wayne, he graduated Rains High School in 1972 and married his wife, Diana, in 1983.
