Public hearing set for Highways 69 and 19 intersection

Rains County residents are invited to attend a public hearing with the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDoT) concerning the intersection of Hwy. 19 and Hwy. 69 on Thursday, July 11, at 6:30 p.m. in the Emory City Center.
