Nicks comes to RISD with 33 years experience in education

On April 30, Joe Nicks was named Superintendent of Rains Independent School District. His education experience includes assistant superintendent of academics for Kaufman ISD, principal at Canton High School (2008-2013) and Lamesa High School (2002-2008) with a total of 20 years in administration.
