A graveside service for Mike Fudge, 65, of Waxahachie, will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery.
Mr. Fudge died on March 21, 2023. He was born on November 1957, to Jack Winston Fudge and Shirley Ann Allred Smith, in Emory. As a young man he was known as Mike the Magician. He earned a business degree from North Texas University, graduating summa cum laude and then worked sales in the Dallas area.
He was a friend to homeless animals and was known to be able to do anything he wanted, a jack of all trades.
Mr. Fudge is survived by his brothers, Jon Fudge and J Fudge; sister, Jacki Fudge and husband George; stepmother, Barbara Fudge; nephews, Keenon Fudge and wife Caitlyn, Brandon Baker and wife Marissa, and Luke Andrus; nieces, Lili Fudge and Eva Andrus; great-nephew, Elias; and great-niece, Emily, Scarlett.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Liz Andrus; and stepfather, Leslie Smith.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home.
A family visitation will be held at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.
