Honoring the work of Joyce Thomas

East Tawakoni Mayor Harold Chandler presents the plaque honoring Joyce Thomas to her husband H. L. as part of the dedication and grand re-opening of the City of East Tawakoni library located at 201 Oak Leaf Trail on Saturday, October 8. Thomas was recognized along with her husband for their work in starting and managing the library for the city.
