Ethiopian cuisine

I used to be a runner. Not the extreme marathon-type runner, but I logged 36 miles a week. I ran almost every day, allowing at least one day of rest. I had an Ethiopian friend who was a serious runner. She also ran every day and her runs were non-negotiable.
