Early voting ends Friday; Election Day Tuesday

Early voting continues for the November 7 General Election with seven percent of registered voters in Rains County having already voted early on the tax rate for the school district, vacancies on the Point City Council, establishment of a special taxing district for the county and amendments to the Texas Constitution.
