Court discusses subdivisions; appoints Northcutt to replace Humphrey

The Rains County Commissioners Court discussed the county’s sub-division policy, officially accepted the resignation of Joe Humphrey as Commissioner of Precinct 4 and appointed Lori Northcutt to fulfill his unexpired term during the regular meeting on Thursday, March 24.
