Commissioners change prescription plan, upgrade technology

The Rains County Commissioners Court held its regular meeting on Thursday, August 13, in the Rains County Courthouse to consider a new prescription plan for the County Indigent Health Care Program, take action on computer system upgrades and consider payment for new accounting software.
