Charley Spicer, 83, of Emory, died on June 1, 2024. He was born on February 17, 1941, in Roanoke, Virginia, to Claude Delous and Sylvia Eloise (Worley) Spicer. He married Alene Dotson on December 17, 1991, in Rockwall.
He is survived by his wife; son, Charlie Spicer; grandson, Justin Spicer; and great-granddaughters, Riley Spicer and Abby Spicer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ray Spicer and Perry Spicer; sister, Janet Spicer; and daughter, Laura Spicer.
