Billie Fincher, 89, of Emory, died on February 10, 2023, at Christus Mother Frances in Sulphur Springs. She was born August 7, 1933.
Mrs. Fincher retired from Varo Semi-Conductor Circuit Board Assembly. She attended Assembly of God in Richardson and she loved to fish almost as much as she loved the Lord.
She is survived by her sister, Ann Dickerson and husband Charles.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Alta Munoz and husband Joe.
