Graveside services for Linda Jo Grimes (Harrison), 66, of Golden, will be held Wednesday, May 26, at 1:00 p.m. at Emory City Cemetery in Emory. Pastor Rob Mounce will be officiating.
Mrs. Grimes died on May 23, 2021, in Tyler. She was born on February 15, 1955, to William Harrison and Renamae Broussard in Baltimore, Maryland. She married Clifford Grimes on May 19, 1973, in Carrol County, Maryland. She was a member of Lake Fork Baptist Church and also attended Golden Baptist Church.
Mrs. Grimes is survived by her husband; daughters, Kimberly Taylor and husband Jim of Emory and Michelle Johnson and husband Trevous of Westminster, Maryland; grandchildren, Nicole, John, Hannah, Myles, Kaley, Andrew and Stephen; great-grandchildren, Logan, Brenden, Adalyn, Lily, Levi and Abygail; sisters, Terry DiPaula and husband Tim and Ruthann Dejardis and husband Mathew; brother, Billy Harrison and wife Vicki; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
