Funeral services for Cindy Ramsey, 58, were held on June 4 at Wilson Orwosky Funeral Home.
Mrs. Ramsey died on May 31, 2026, in Emory. She was born on January 8, 1968, in Olney, to Raymond Everett and Anna Louise.
Mrs. Ramsey was an active participant in Pilgrim Rest Church in Alba until her health no longer permitted her to attend in person. She remained deeply connected through Grace Family Church’s online services and her faith was a cornerstone of her life.
She was known for her funny spirit, loving nature, and sweet soul. She had a heart dedicated to helping others and found joy in meaningful acts of kindness, often sending out sympathy cards and get well soon cards for members of her church. She enjoyed crafts and fishing and she was also known for her talent in making wreaths for others.
She treasured her family deeply and her children and grandchildren were the centers of her world.
Mrs. Ramsey is survived by her children, Jennifer Malone and Cody, Jessica Claxton and Wendell, and Raymond Ramsey; grandchildren, Wesley, Bradley, Cason, Cambree, and Ryker; sister, Patty Hill; nephews, Cody and Michael; great-nieces, Hatley, Halzey and Hope; aunt, Gloria Bruhn and son, Bill Bruhn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ramsey; parents; and uncles, Tommy and Kenneth.
