Funeral services for Wanda Lounell House, 84, of Emory, were held at Clarks Chapel Church of God on February 23.
Mrs. House died on February 19, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on July 27, 1937, to F.A. Wright and Maxine Bray in Alba.
She was married to the love of her life, Bill House, for 52 years before his passing. She was a member of Clarks Chapel Church of God, a seamstress and homemaker.
Mrs. House is survived by her daughters, Diane Mason and husband Paul; Brenda Malone and husband Kevin Lunsford, and Judy Huddleston; grandchildren, Mandy Lovvorn White, LaRissa Duarte, Brooke Dodson, Jack Slatter, Paige Hampton and Niccole Malone; great-grandchildren, DezaRay, Austin, Skyler, Drake, Brenden, Kaden, Alyssa, Buck, Carson (I-me), Kari, Ashlyn, Tatum, and Raygun; great-great-grandchild, Bexley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Gary House; son-in-law, J.J. Huddleston; brothers, John Wright, and F.A. Wright, Jr.
Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home in Emory.
