Rains County sees slight uptick in COVID cases

According to Northeast Texas Public Health District (NET Health), Rains County currently has 44 active confirmed cases of COVID-19, as of Thursday, August 5. Rains County Judge Wayne Wolfe stated, “COVID-19 isn’t going away, and residents should take necessary precautions to keep themselves and their families safe.”
