Funeral service for Jerry “Big Foot” Kimbro, 73, of Point, were held March 20 at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment followed at Hooker Cemetery.
Mr. Kimbro died on March 16, 2021, in Sulphur Springs. He was born on September 26, 1947, to Charles Rodgers Kimbro Sr. and Maizelle Puckett Kimbro in Antioch, Tennessee. He was a truck driver and hay farmer. He retired from ABF Trucking in 2009. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he cared about his family and his land.
He married Donna Nelson Kimbro on October 30, 2004, in Point.
Mr. Kimbro is survived by his wife; daughter, Nikki Norton; son, Jeff Kimbro and wife Ragan; grandchildren, Shelby Kimbro, Sydney Kimbro, Blaine Norton, and Bailea Thompson; three great-grandchildren; and sister, Madge Gibson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, David Brooks Kimbro and Charles R. Kimbro Jr.; and sisters, Jane Dunn and Bobby Ann Taft.
