Emory, Point and county see drop in sales tax receipts

The City of East Tawakoni was the only entity with an increase while Rains County, Emory and Point experienced decreases in the amount of local sales tax allocations being returned from the office of Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar in March compared to last year.
