County sees major returns, cities ahead of last year

Rains County saw major increases of over 70 percent in the amount of local sales tax allocations being returned from the office of Acting Texas Comptroller Kelly Hancock in April compared to last year, while local municipalities saw double-digit increases in tax revenue.
