Baldwin has passion for young children reading books

Since Lyn Baldwin and her husband Bill moved to Lake Fork about 20 years ago she has made a difference in Rains County. Her love of children and dedication to inspiring them to read prompted her to take a volunteer leadership role in the organization of the local affiliate of the Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in 2018.
