Cooper, a walking history book

Emory Municipal Court Judge Mickey Cooper has served in a number of interesting and respectful government and commercial positions in and near Rains County during his lifetime. But, he may be remembered most fondly for his 40 years with the Emory Volunteer Fire Department.
