A funeral service was held for LaJuana “Sue” Stevens, 89, of McKinney on July 8 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in Allen.
Mrs. Stevens died on July 5, 2020. She was born on October 22, 1930, to Clifton C. Godwin and Lillie Mae Douglas in Emory. She married Otis Paul Stevens Jr. on January 24, 2000, in Plano.
Mrs. Stevens is survived by her husband of McKinney; daughter, Tanya Baker and husband Reg of Dallas; sons, Randall C. McGuire of Mabank, and Larry Stevens and wife Rhonda of Irving; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Prentice Godwin; and sisters, Armel Godwin and Dortha Robertson.
