Where has all the water gone?

Driving by Lake Fork, passersby can easily tell that the water level appears much lower than it has in recent years. Lake Fork sits at 403 feet when it’s at full pool. As of Wednesday, January 12, it measures at 396.88 feet, 6.12 feet below full pool.
