RISD mourns loss of student

Rains ISD is mourning the loss of one of its students. On Tuesday afternoon, September 6, Rains ISD Superintendent Jennifer Johnson sent a letter out announcing the loss of Gemini Howle, an eighth-grade student at Rains Junior High.
