Return of speed bumps in Katy addition on agenda

The Emory City Council will consider re-installing speed bumps in the Katy addition and dedicating streets in the Meadows addition to the city during the regular meeting on Tuesday, October 15, in the council chambers of city hall at 7:00 p.m.
