Funeral services for Raymond Chilson, 65, of Point, were held on January 3, at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel in Emory. A graveside service followed at at Restland Cemetery in Tenaha.
Mr. Chilson died on December 28, 2021, in Point. He was born on August 14, 1956, in Montrose, Colorado, to Ammi Chilson and Dorothy Louise Barnes.
He married Lori Roesch on February 15, 1991, in Dallas. He was a licensed air conditioning technician, handyman and jack-of-all trades. He loved the Dallas Cowboys.
Mr. Chilson is survived by his wife; son, Jeremy Chilson and wife Jennifer; daughters, Tiffany Braley and husband Matthew Parsons, Talana Chilson, Shelby Tucker and husband Brian Collinsworth; grandchildren, Megan Nolen, Zander Capps, Jayden Crumley, Ayana Chilson, Logan Parsons, Natalie Chilson, Jeremy Chilson, Jr., Brooke Crumley, Frisco Tucker, Jareth Collier, Ryder Parsons, Malorie Crumley, Shiloh Collinsworth, Jocelynn Chilson, Jacy Collier and Jordyn Chilson; great-greatgrandchildren, Masen Nolen, Bryan Nolen and Jayce Nolen; sisters, Frances Hamacher, Debra Frankford, Toneeke Henderson and Christina “Buttons” Black; brothers, Anthony Chilson, Billy Joe Chilson, Dennis Hyde and James; three brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughters, Misty Dawn Chilson and Tabbatha Collier; son, Raymond Chilson, Jr; brother, David Angel; sister, Tish Angel.
Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home in Emory.
