Rains County Judge Linda Wallace leads the newly appointed sheriff of Rains County, Michael Hopkins, in the oath of office on Monday, October 24, in the courtroom of the Rains County Courthouse. Hopkins’s son, Hunter Hopkins, holds the bible during the ceremony.
