Morgan steps into new position at RISD

The 2021/2022 school year at Rains Independent School District is starting out with a lot of promise. The district is still basking in the honor that Rains High School Lady Cats recently earned by winning the 2019 and 2021 Softball State Championship, and faculty and staff are eager to carry out the district’s vision “In Pursuit of Excellence.”
