Monthly allocations up, yearly totals down

Rains County, Emory and East Tawakoni had slight increases in the amount of local sales tax allocations being returned from the office of Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar in April compared to last year, but all three entities remain behind in year-to-date totals.
