Michael Doros, 84, died peacefully on March 18, 2026. He was born on April 25, 1941.
From the age of seven, he served as an altar boy. He graduated from Catholic school and his devotion extended beyond childhood, as he faithfully conducted seven services every Sunday.
Mr. Doros earned a Master’s degree from the University of Michigan and he owned and ran multiple day care centers. Through his work he created safe havens and nurturing environments. He had a loving and giving nature and was always motivated by a sincere desire to be of service and help others in any way he could.
He was married to his beloved wife, Elizabeth, for forty beautiful years and they nurtured a family that thrived under their care and guidance. He never missed an opportunity to cheer for his grandchildren at their events and celebrate their achievements.
Mr. Doros is survived by his wife; children, Tiffany Weddle and Chris Cline; grandchildren, Jana Weddle and Jessie Weddle; siblings, Phyllis Pidek, Don Doros and wife Sharon, and Linda McDonald and husband Richard.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
