Low lake level doesn’t keep Lake Fork Anglers down

I guess the fish didn't get the message that the repairs are done and the dam is closed, so the lake will now come up and they can start feeding. The things missing from that statement are with no rain, the water level is not rising and the fish are not feeding very well.
