A memorial service for Henrietta Louise Moss, 91, will be scheduled at a later date.
Mrs. Moss died unexpectedly on December 21, 2020. She was born on March 5, 1929, to Robert Martin and Addie May Brumit. She married Harley LaVern Moss on June 20, 1946.
She was known as Sissy to her family and Nonnie to everyone else. She was one of 13 children. She loved caring for her family, friends and others. While residing at Park Place Nursing Home, she visited other residents who were confined to their rooms or did not receive visitors. She was loved by residents and staff alike. She loved her church, Miracle Faith Baptist in Emory. She loved and was very close to her great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Moss is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Carol Elliot; grandson, Ryan Colby Watson; great-grandchildren, Madelyn and Nathan Armstrong; sister, Dona Fay Weatherly; brothers, Garl and Charles B. Brumit.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; nine siblings; and grandson, Kyle Evan Watson.
