District delays mailing tax bills

Rains County Appraisal District (RCAD) Chief Appraiser Sherri McCall announced on October 8, that the district decided to delay mailing the 2020 tax bills until Rains ISD holds the Voter-Approved Tax Ratification Election (VATRE) during the November 3 General Election.
