Memorial services for Danny Vince Bohannan, 51, of Alba, were held on May 17, 2022, at Amazing Grace Fellowship Church. Bro. Byron George officiated.
Mr. Bohannan died on May 13, 2022, in Alba. He was born on October 24, 1970, in Mineola, to Danny Douglas and Janiece Rue Wright Bohannan. He spent all his life in the Alba area, where he was a member of Open Door Church. He worked at Bent Creek Cabinets and as an auto mechanic. He could fix anything with an engine. He had the need for speed! He was a master of storytelling, and his grandchildren were his world.
Mr. Bohannan is survived by his father of Alba; two sons, Dustin Bohannan and wife Casey of Alba, and Jaydyn Bohannan of Emory; three daughters, Ashley Nicole of Alaska, Josie Bohannan of Alba and Jessica Bohannan of Emory; three brothers, Johnny Hollis and wife Alisa of Golden, Jimmy Hollis and wife Becky of Golden, and Douglas Bohannan of Alba; two sisters, Jana Warren and husband Keith of Golden, and Sherrie Horne and husband Mike of Alba; five grandchildren, Payden Bohannan, Chandler Bohannan, Lynlee “Winnie” Bohannan, Amari “Mo Mo” Bohannan and Jessie Hass; and numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother; grandparents, Grandpa and Grandma Bo; and Memaw, Imogene Powell.
