Court upgrades sound system in annex, sets rules for oversize loads

The Rains County Commissioners Court held a regular meeting on Thursday, January 26, upgraded the sound system in the Rains County Courthouse Annex, approved rules for oversized loads on county roads and met with the Rains County Genealogical Society.
