County no longer exempt from governor’s executive order

The office of Judge Wayne Wolfe stated in a press release on Monday, July 27, that the number of active cases in Rains County remains above 20 and that the county is no longer exempt from Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s Executive Order GA-29.
