A graveside service for Chris Hilton, 73, of Emory, will be held at Rocky Point Cemetery on Saturday, January 29, at 10:00 a.m.
Ms. Hilton died on Monday, January 24, 2022, at Hunt Regional in Greenville. She was born on November 28, 1948, to Thomas Chick and Barbara Pickett in California.
She was a people person who loved to dance, play softball, fish and help people. She loved to cook and try new things. Her favorite thing was spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids.
Ms. Hilton is survived by her daughter, Shannon Balentine; step-sons, Russell Hilton, James Hilton and Heath Hilton; grandchildren, Renee Hilton, Wade Balentine, Scott Balentine and Heather Balentine; great-grandchildren, Bracelyn Balentine, Sophia Villegas, Aubrey Balentine, Elly Balentine, Letty Balentine and Huxley Balentine; and sister, Karen Gonzalez.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Steve Hilton; and brother, Tommy Chick.
A visitation service will be held at Wilson-Orwosky Chapel on Friday, January 28, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
