A memorial service for Janet Maxwell Jackson, 67, will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at Mount Gilead Baptist Church in Lone Oak.
Mrs. Jackson died on August 4, 2024. She was born on October 20, 1956.
She was known for having the “gift of gab” and making conversation with anyone. She was also a good listener, always offering an ear or helping hand. She had a collection of angels, hummingbirds, sea turtles and rocks.
She is survived by husband, Timothy Jackson; children, Abednego Wisdom and wife Keely, Clarence Baze, David Ray Tucker II, and Rachael Tucker; siblings, Regena Tucker and husband Glenn, Sharon Hooker and husband Ray, Joanna Hatley; grandchildren, Patience Wisdom, Jacob Wisdom, Holly Cabrara, Christa Duffy, Gavyn Tucker, Charisma Tucker, Constance Evans, Callie Evans, Landon Scott; four great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews,
She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Calvin Maxwell and Bertha Christine Maxwell (Lucke) and grandson Malachi Wisdom.
A visitation will be held at 10:00 am, one hour prior to the service
