Funeral services for Margaret Louise Mahl, 68, of Wills Point, were held on July 16, at Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home in Wills Point.
Mrs. Mahl died on July 12, 2022. She was born on October 17, 1953, to William Hailey and Shirley Miles Reaves in Port Neches. She was raised in Nederland and had lived in Wills Point the last 35 years. She was a graduate of Lampasas High School. She married Ron Mahl on September 20, 1976. She retired from Kawneer in 2016, after 30 years.
Mrs. Mahl was non-denominational. She was a member of Lake Tawakoni Bass Club for 25 years. She enjoyed camping, fishing and outdoor activities.
Mrs. Mahl is survived by her husband, Ron Mahl of Wills Point; mother, Shirley Reaves of Keller; sons, Timothy Paul Mills and wife Stephanie of South Carolina, Lamar Ray Mills and wife Cari of Emory; daughter, Christy Mahl Etheridge and husband Jeff of Wills Point; step-son, Michael Paul Mahl; brother, Bill Hailey and wife Dee of Nederland; sister, Trish Landers and husband Wade of Keller; grandchildren, Cara Mills, Kinsey Mills, Landry Mills, Ryker Mills, Whitley Mills, Austin Etheridge, Dilan Etheridge, Kyle Etheridge, Tyler Mills, Ally Mills, Stormie Mahl and Koby Mahl; several great-grandchildren; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
Mrs. Mahl was preceded in death by her fathers, William Hailey and Leonard Ray Frazier; brothers, Clarence, Milton and Donald Hailey; sister, Liz Ehler; grandparents, Milton Miles, Margaret Brooks, William Davis Hailey and Ester Hailey; and great-grandson Kase Allen Etheridge.
