District makes new offer for building, land

The board of the Rains County Emergency Service District (ESD) made a new offer on the ambulance building to the Emory Development Corporation (EDC) and considered candidates for the Rains County Appraisal District (CAD) Board during the regular meeting on Monday, November 15.
