Court appoints clerk, and then it’s business as usual

The court appointed a new county clerk, added a new paid county holiday to the calendar, and conducted the usual court business on Rains County Judge Linda Wallace’s first regular commissioners court meeting held Thursday, September 9, at 10:00 a.m.
